(Yes, it's named after David Hasselhoff and there is a full-sized cardboard cutout of the shirtless Baywatch star greeting you at the doorway…) Hoff is a hostel with a unique approach to hosteling because it focuses on solely providing volunteering opportunities for it's guests. When she 'retired' from 'Hoff,' she broadened her scope for assisting those who wish to volunteer overseas by creating a directory of low and no-cost 'volunteer overseas for free' opportunities.

It's not the business idea, it's not the upfront money… it's not of that because once you have traffic going to a website you are GOLDEN. Reason is because you can now monetize on that traffic.
This is a very simple topic but very hard to implement… WHY?
It's because, hardly anyone know the best way to get traffic. They are always changing and most business people get more focused on the product then the traffic…(EXTREMELY BACKWARDS)

Just recently John and I did some coaching calls with some members and they turned out great. In fact they were so good we will be putting up the coaching calls in the next couple months so you can listen to them and get real answers to real people asking real questions about how to make money and travel.
There was one thing in the coaching calls that really stood out to me. The thin is I’ve seen this situation pop up over and over in the business world.
The truth is we are constantly surrounded by business and because of that we get a feeling like we understand business but in the end most people don’t really actually understand business. It’s an interesting thing that our mind do and it’s really unhelpful to our progression.
What I am talking about has to do with our general perception of what a business is and what we need to focus on to make money.
Most people talk about the idea of the business they want to create such as starting a store, being a wedding photographer etc… but what you never hear is how they are going to get people to the business.
GUESS WHAT?
YOU DO NOT HAVE A BUSINESS IF YOU DO NOT HAVE TRAFFIC!
TRAFFIC = BUSINESS…..write that down on your hand and read it every time you get caught up in a business idea cause what you really want to focus your time on is how you’re going to get traffic. The business side will come in naturally.
Once you have traffic you have the ability to have a business and it will let you know how to monetize on the traffic.
Bottom line is… Society is BACKWARDS. You must focus on traffic first then your business ideas.

One of the biggest questions that boggles a lot of people is the all incompassing word we call ’MONEY’.
This flow of currency has more myths and beliefs then any other topic.
Some people believe it is at the root of all evil. Some people believe it will determine how happy they can be in life.
The thing is, all answers are CORRECT and what ever belief you have about money is going to determine a lot of what happens with your life.
WHY?
Because it’s deeply rooted to your survival, relationships and Lesure time.
The topic I want to cover here today is ‘HOW YOU MAKE MONEY’
How you make money is way more important then your beliefs about money because how you make money will determine your level of stress and relationship with money.
Look at it this way…
How would you feel if money grew on your tree every morning and you could pick it off as much as you needed for the day?
The way you went about a lot of things in your life would be totaly different then right now. This would also have a huge impact on your belief about money. Really, this is at the root of our underground community that John and I created here. If we can help your relationship with money improve then it will directly connect to so much of the rest of your life.
I know this can sound a little off and if it does sound a little off to you then you’ve probably had a hard time making money if your life. You also might be viewing money as your enemy then your friend. If that is the case for you then I would suggest to make some big changes, starting this week.
For myself, I gained massive different perspective on money about 7 years ago and it’s made a bigger difference then anything else becuase it gave me the freedom to focus on the important things in my life.
I came down to making money whether I worked or not.
Making money whether you work or not is one of the more freeing experiences and your relatioship with money will start to improve and you’ll start getting a better view on what’s really important in your life.
What I’ve done today is layout the business plan on how to make money over the internet. It’s the 10 most important points you need to follow with all the tips needed to understand how to do it your self.
This is a very unique system that john and I have both done over 10 times and so we have it down to an art.
