Do you ever have those moments where you feel you’re at the right place at the right time?
Well just recently I was in Bangkok, Thailand and I had one of those moments.
I'd just arrived in this overpopulated smog filled city. The beautiful place where tuk tuk drivers are on one side of the street yelling at you for a Bangkok tour and on the other side are peaceful monks meditating in a temple. It’s a place I would defiantly see.
While I was there I ended up in a place called “Khoa San Road” (aka "Backpackers Heaven"), the place where you can buy all the birthday presents for everyone you know with only 100 bucks.
So while I was hanging around there I decided to grab a fresh fruit shake and in the middle of this hard decision of which fruits to mix, a women came up to grab a shake of her own. Quickly a conversation erupted about which mixed fruits were the best (and if you're wondering… banana coconut ended up being the winner)
Her name was Christy and after we passed a few words about our travels I asked her what she did to make her travels possible. Her answer was pretty shocking.
Her reply was, “I manage hippies.”
After she explained her outrageous response (which was complete legit) I had to get it recorded for you. This wasn't an easy interview to get but I really wanted you to hear what she has to say and so… HERE IT IS!
In a nutshell, Christy has taken one of the most common and simplest business in our culture and rapidly progressed it to becoming automated. This has to do with providing a service such as painting, lawn care, therapy, walking dogs etc… (you get the idea) and contracting others to do the work and manage the business.
I know it can sound a little complicating but after you hear this interview you’re going to get a whole new perspective on this important side of money. It will be A LOT SIMPLER then you think to get your own business up and running.
